Traveling the world over in search of fun and frolic, the Pyrates of the Coast will be anchoring at these spots in the coming weeks...

  • Sept. 19 - International Talk Like a Pirate Day. We will be at the Pirates Dinner Adventure Theatre in Orlando for their evening shows to celebrate this all-important day for pyracy.

  • Sept. 25 - We're off to Nature Coast Lodge in Lecanto to entertain the residents at their annual pirate party. 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

  • Oct. 16 - 19 - Goombay Fest, Key West (Tentative). A small strike force is heading down to do some reconnaissance for Pirates in Paradise and get a little Bahamian cultural fix while we're there.

  • Oct. 31 - Halloween. For once Halloween is on a Friday and The Pyrates will be pub jumping locally, playing our annual game of "Trick or Drink." More information on our official schedule soon!

  • Nov. 9 - Lady of the Lakes Renaissance Festival. The Pyrates will be traveling to the Lady of the Lakes fest to sample food, drink mead, cavort with the locals and misbehave as must as humanly possible.

  • Nov. 14 - 16 - Saint Arrrgustine Pirate Gathering. We'll be in the oldest city in America for the 1st annual pirate festival there. Lots of great pirates, performances, period gathering, shopping and guns. Woo hoo! We mean, Argh!.

  • Nov. 30 - Dec. 7 - Pirates in Paradise. The Pyrates will be heading back to PiP for our sixth year. We'll be hosting our authentic 1681 encampment from Port Royal again. Stop by, play period games and hear tall tales of life in Port Royal in its prime. Lots of historical and hysterical characters from the town to visit with.
  • Jan. 31, 2009 - Pirates at the Pier. The Pyrates will return to one of our favorite events again at the Cocoa Beach Pier. This is a sellout every year so you want to get your tickets as soon as they go on sale. One of the "Don't Miss" events of the year, to be sure! For ticket information email Gary@MadHatterPromotions.com.

  • Feb. 5-8, 2009 - Reenactor Fest. A small detachment of The Pyrates will be heading to The Windy City to participate in this annual gathering of re-enactors, spanning the Roman era to the Vietnam era.
